1. About These Terms

Welcome to NHT (n.ht, "the Site"). By registering for or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If material changes are made, we will notify you via site announcements or system messages; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

2. Accounts

• Registration is currently invite-only and requires a valid invite code and a working email address.
• Your account is for your own use only — do not sell, rent, or share it. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your password safe; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings. If you notice anything unusual, change your password or contact the staff promptly.

3. Your Content

• You are responsible for the content you publish on the Site (topics, replies, boosts, direct messages, images, etc.). Make sure you hold the necessary rights and comply with applicable laws.
• To operate the service, you grant the Site the right to store, display, cache, translate, aggregate, and otherwise technically process the content you publish as necessary.
• Deletion, hiding, and other content handling follow the Community Rules; records necessary for moderation (such as edit history and handling logs) may be retained for a reasonable period.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Publishing content that violates laws or regulations;
• Infringing others' rights (copyright, likeness, privacy, etc.);
• Spam advertising, bulk flooding, or manipulating the points or invite systems;
• Abusing APIs, malicious crawling, bypassing access controls, or disrupting the Site's normal operation;
• Anything else prohibited by the Community Rules.

5. Points, Invite Codes, and Virtual Benefits

Points, invite codes, and similar items are virtual benefits within the Site, with no cash value and no redemption. The Site may adjust or reclaim virtual benefits obtained through rule violations.

6. Transactions Between Users

The trade boards only provide a channel for posting information. The Site does not take part in transactions, does not hold funds in escrow, and makes no guarantee about either party's conduct or the quality of goods or services. Transaction risks are your own — vet the other party and keep evidence.

7. Service Availability and Changes

The Site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Site may suspend some or all services for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure, and may adjust features at any time.

8. Moderation and Account Actions

For content or accounts violating these Terms or the Community Rules, the Site may take measures such as deletion, hiding, feature restrictions, or bans. A banned account can file an appeal from the appeal page shown at login.

9. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for how the Site collects and uses your information.

10. Governing Law

The Site's data is stored in Singapore. By using the Site you agree to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Singapore; you must also comply with the laws and regulations of the place where you access the network (for example, users in China must comply with China's network-access laws, and users in the United States with those of the United States).
